There is a lot of talk about nano-carbon structures and for good reason.  With the capability to manipulate carbon at the molecular level the structure can be optimized for strength, electrical and thermal conductivity to fit whatever the need may be.  Noble-Designs has been working with CNT, Graphene, and other molecular construction challenges for more than a decade.  Ryun has been involved with dozens of patents and continues to work in the field in both creation and application.  Where most in the field are still lost in the theoretical, by using CNTs Noble-Designs increased the strength to weight ratio in a high end product by over 50% over the previous version and more than 20% over a the highest measured competitor who spent considerably more time and resources to achieve their result.

Noble-Designs continues to develop and apply the use of carbon-nano products to the fields of battery, electronics, mechanical, bio-mechanical, industrial, and residential structures.  Much of our success is in the attention to detail.  While most CNT process creates 20, 30, and even 80% yield and are incredibly expensive, we work with a reasonable process that has been identified with over a 99% yield.  The stringy white threads are carbon nano-tubes.  Our product on the left is packed so densely that nothing else is identifiable.  Other processes represented on the right show a few striated strands overlaying the substrate material.
